Can the course be tailored to my business?
The trainer will use examples and provide advice that is relevant to your business sector and where possible your specific business. The extent of this customisation will be dependent on course numbers.
Will I be able to ask questions about my business?
Yes. Your trainer will make every effort to answer any questions related to social media and how it applies to your business both during the course and at the end.
Which social networks will be covered?
Introduction to social media for business and Advanced social media for business will provide overviews on and reference Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest. Specific 90 minute and full day courses focussing on each of these networks are also available.
How practical are the social media courses?
All courses contain optimisation of social networks and/or practical exercises so it's helpful if you have access to a laptop, tablet of smartphone that is logged into the relevant social network. An example of a practical exercise is 'Creating an engaging social media post'. Full tuition and instructions will be provided.
Will I need my user names and passwords for my social networks?
Yes. This would be helpful and will save time on the course.
