Course Overview

The Intermediate SQL training course will further develop your use of SQL to manage a relational database. By the end of this course you will be confident with using filters, Joins, CASE statements and working with multiple tables.

SQL Intermediate

  • Additional Filters, finding specific information.
  • Copying data to new tables and temporary tables
  • Grouping information
  • Connecting multiple tables with Joins
  • Using the CASE statement to work with varying data values.
  • Working with mutliple tables – understanding and using SQL Joins
  • Using SQL Aliases
  • Working with SQL Functions to handle tasks including.
    • Converting data
    • Manipulating text
    • Manipulating dates
  • Introduction to Deleting and Updating data.

SQL Intermediate
