You must have successfully completed the AgilePM Foundation V3 certification before attending the Practitioner course. Please note that an AgilePM V2 Foundation certification does not meet the prerequisite for this V3 Practitioner course.

You will develop your ability to apply and tailor AgilePM principles and processes to different project scenarios. The course focuses on leading Agile teams, planning and controlling projects, managing risks, maintaining quality and applying AgilePM within complex or multi-team environments.

Foundation focuses on developing your knowledge and understanding of AgilePM principles, terminology, roles and processes. Practitioner builds on this knowledge and focuses on whether you can apply and analyse AgilePM appropriately within real-world project scenarios.

The course uses scenario-based learning and examination workshops to help you apply AgilePM concepts to realistic project situations. The focus is on applying your existing AgilePM knowledge rather than simply learning additional theory.

The Practitioner examination is taken online and consists of four topics containing 15 questions each, giving a total of 60 marks. The examination lasts two hours, and you need to achieve at least 30 out of 60 marks (50%) to pass. The exam is open book, so you can use the official AgilePM course manual.
