The accredited PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course combines the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile delivery with the governance, control and structure of PRINCE2®, providing a practical and comprehensive approach to modern project management.
PRINCE2 Agile has been developed for organisations and professionals who need to balance the benefits of Agile ways of working with the governance and oversight expected within project environments. This course introduces the PRINCE2 Agile methodology and demonstrates how Agile concepts, behaviours and techniques can be applied alongside the PRINCE2 framework.
