The accredited PRINCE2® Foundation 7th Edition course provides a comprehensive introduction to one of the world's most widely adopted project management methodologies. PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) provides a structured, scalable and practical framework for managing projects of any size or complexity. The methodology focuses on governance, control, accountability and delivery, helping organisations manage projects successfully while maintaining clear business justification throughout the project lifecycle.
This course covers the full PRINCE2 Foundation syllabus and provides learners with a solid understanding of the PRINCE2 principles, people, practices and processes.
